These guys have a great recycling centre and anything not recyclable can go straight in the garbage for a small fee of 5 to 10 CHF. They monitor everything and will help unload too. There is a drive on scale for heavier loads.

Great company! Friendly people, top quality and offers.
We make the effort to come and sort our own waste, which we then throw in the bins ourselves, and we get ripped off! We were charged 10 francs because they claimed we had too many different items to throw away! But we were nowhere near 10 kilos! They just charge random prices per person! It's unfair! In my opinion, they're just lining their own pockets!
If I always had to be treated like the "Chnebelgrindä" (a derogatory term for a rude person) by the Zimmermann waste disposal team, I might become unfriendly myself. I've been using their services for years and am constantly amazed at how patient, friendly, and helpful the staff are. And I actually find the "hands-off" fee to be quite advantageous. So, thank you to everyone who always greets me so warmly and even helps me unload.
