The insurance company refuses to cover broken balcony glass. They claim there wasn't a significant storm at the time of the incident. This is the claim, even though my neighbor downstairs witnessed the incident firsthand and confirmed it. It's an absolute disgrace: you pay for insurance for years, and when a claim is made, you're turned away. Unfortunately, the insurance company has a monopoly, and you can't switch. 😡
