I'm thrilled! I bought some rye bread yesterday morning. Beautiful color, baked to a crisp, moist texture, perfect taste... perfect bread! 32 hours later... It was sliced and placed cut-side down, covered with the original paper bag... it was still 99% as fresh as yesterday, as if it had just come out of the oven! Just as fresh and crisp as yesterday. Thank you, Hausammann Bakery! 👍🙏👌 Looking forward to more samples!
