We are allegedly still owed an invoice from June 2025. However, we never actually received it because the address was incorrect. I pointed this out repeatedly, and it was even confirmed to me that the address is XX Street 4. Despite this, we were repeatedly accused on the phone of making mistakes with our postman or of lying. This behavior was not only unfounded but also disrespectful and completely inappropriate. Furthermore, we never received a single payment reminder. Instead, we were only contacted by phone – and in a tone that was anything but professional. We were treated loudly and rudely, without any attempt to clarify the issue at hand. Such treatment is absolutely unacceptable for a service company.
