A completely successful experience from start to finish! The first contact with Diego when requesting a quote was great. He was very accommodating, reacted quickly and even came up with his own ideas - including a successful stopover that perfectly complemented our trip. On the day of the trip I was pleasantly surprised: Diego was standing in front of us again - this time as the chauffeur! A young, committed driver who did his job with a lot of passion, calm and skill. Although the bus is no longer the newest, it was absolutely pleasant and well-kept inside - and Diego made sure that everyone felt comfortable and well entertained with his choice of music and good atmosphere. Everyone was very satisfied and I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to Diego. I can definitely recommend Busreisen Rösch – personally, professionally and with a certain extra touch.
They are always punctual, the buses are very clean and comfortable, and I particularly appreciate the friendly and helpful team as well as the drivers' safe driving style. Bookings were also straightforward, and any questions were answered quickly. I would gladly use them again!
