Review for Herzog Elmiger AG I had the pleasure of visiting the company today on business and would like to express my sincere gratitude for the warm welcome. From the moment I arrived, I noticed that employee well-being is a top priority here. It began with complimentary coffee from a top-of-the-line machine – a delicious espresso macchiato, which was a real treat. The break room hardly deserves the name, as it's more like a recreation area or even a restaurant. Inside, there are spacious, tastefully designed rooms, and outside, a huge terrace with comfortable loft-style tables, benches, and both sunny and shady spots. Particularly impressive were the two high-quality grills available for use at any time, a beer tap, and even a ping-pong table on the terrace. Everything feels less like a typical office and more like a place where people enjoy spending time. I also found the workstations to be very spacious and modern. Everything is thoughtfully designed and clearly demonstrates the goal of providing employees not just with a workplace, but with a comfortable and welcoming environment. You can immediately tell that happy employees are the top priority here – and that pays off for any company. For me, it's clear: This is the kind of employer you want. In my long career, I've rarely seen anything comparable. This company is a strong contender for the title of "Employer of the Year."
