Absolute unprofessionalism but an assembly and delivery company. It’s unclear how come something like IKEA still uses them as a delivery and assembly service is a mystery to me. They are assembling an ordered wardrobe for 3 weeks already.
The worst transport ever. My delivery time was between 15:00 - 19:00. They sent me e-mail that they will be after 10min. After 10min i got an e-mail from ikea that they could not deliver because no one was there. I gave my tel number wrong when i orderd. But at least they could ring the bell. They said my name was not written on the bell. Which ist not true. So unprofesional. And this is not the first time. I have to pay 100 franks again for the next delivery. I think that is how they make money. Hope they come this time
Never got a confirmation when the order is coming (according to IKEA it should be within 72 hours after my order placement). The driver finally called me after one week and told me that in 20 mins he would be there, and after all, he arrived in 40 mins (after not answeringmy calls). Some of the stuff did not have labels and if I hadn't told him they are mine he wouldn't have given them to me. And he didn't even get them off the truck - I had to take them myself. At least I got all the stuff.
The service is absolutely abysmal.
