Very friendly and competent service. I can recommend it 100%. It's also a small but excellent bistro with a lovely outdoor area. It's worth a visit even if you're just passing through.
I've been cycling for several years, but I've never experienced service like this! I took my bike to Velogfeller for servicing – and honestly, it rides better than new! The team is extremely professional, works with incredible precision, and above all, with genuine passion. They don't just do repairs here; they work with heart and soul. Highly recommended – I'll definitely be back!
First spontaneous visit. I just popped in to ask a question about a hitch for my bike trailer. David Ammann gave us a very friendly welcome, even though I was in the shop with my dog. After some expert advice, a solution was found promptly. So I was able to pick up my bike at home right away, and within 5 minutes the hitch was mounted on my e-bike. I'm thrilled with this friendly and efficient service. I've finally found my go-to bike garage where we can take our bikes for servicing. Keep up the good work! P.S. They also have a great café with an outdoor terrace. You don't have to buy a bike or be a customer to enjoy it. Dogs are very welcome.
