Cover-Discount.ch — Dättlikonerstrasse 5, 8422 Pfungen, Switzerland

On the 2nd of January, I ordered a case for my Google Pixel 9 Pro. Although the delivery was very fast, the case arrived scratched on top and seemed to be a used item (as you can see in the screenshot provided). As soon as I came back from vacation, on the 7th of January I sent an email to the support in order to confirm the steps to be followed and after it was impossible to reach anybody on the phone. Although they read my email the next day on the 8th, until now there is no answer! Completely unprofessional behavior! Today on the 14th and before the 14-day return period ends, I tried to send back the item by post and in the post they told me the return label is not valid and need to pay 8.5 CHF... What a SCAM!!!

I bought a cover with three/four pockets. The thing holding the phone is elastic and doesn't break if you play with it, which is great. Unfortunately I wasn't able to track my cover and I waited blindly but it didn't come too late to be annoyed. I like it
