What incompetent drivers! They almost ran over my child, even though she was waiting at the crosswalk for him to cross the street. The driver was driving at full speed in a 20 km/h zone and then braked right in front of my child. His excuse was that he was looking around, looking for something. If my child had been in the street, he would have run her over.
