Recently switching from Copper7 to Fiber7 while challenging for various reasons outside of my or Init7's control, *it was absolutely worth it*. They provided as much support as possible to diagnose a fault we had in activating our connection and got it resolved in under a week. For the fixed price you pay versus the quality you get- not only in internet speed, it's a no brainer. I recommend Init7 through and through if you are a techie, or don't know too much going on- they're super supportive, reactive and really know what they are doing to ensure you are getting the most out of your service. I'd pick Init7 over Swisscom, Salt, Sunrise or even Quickline as a provider any day. Their level of quality and care in support outranks all these companies in a heartbeat. Did I go overkill with my new 10gbps connection? yes. Was it worth it? absolutely.
Great support! I had a sporadic DNS issue and sent an email request for support on the weekend. Monday early morning I get a relevant answer and detailed request for technical details. The only internet provider I know of that has technically skilled technical support!
I had a good experience with customer support. I was able to resolve my IPv6 troubles fairly quickly and the Support gave helpful and relevant advice. I did notice that support via e-mail is noticeably better than support via phone. Their phone system dropped my calls multiple times after waiting for several minutes.
After switching from Swisscom which blocks your connection if you're not using their hardware (can't use any mesh system like Google Nest), switched to init7 and have had only one problem. That problem was fixed really quickly and with such a great response time from the team. Can't rate them highly enough!
just upgraded from 1Gbit to 10Gbit today. had some technical questions an called support. by far the best support I had from any ISP in CH. init7 you rock. I have been a customer for a long time now and today I again realised why init7 is the best ISP in CH :) thanks a lot for your help today and keep doing what you are doing!
