Bakery items are tasty but refusing service to customers who want to order items in the cafe 45 minutes before the advertised time is not acceptable.

Eggplant

I was charged 9.70 for a Cappuccino by mistake, asked wether she was sure she was charging me the correct amount, and didn’t ask further as I was taken aback by her answering with “yes”. I called back later out of curiosity and found out that i was charged for someone else’s eclair. This in itself is an honest mistake, however i didn’t appreciate being told that I “must’ve just forgotten that I ate it”. A simple apology would’ve sufficed.
