Guy working there is super rude. Wanted to buy lottery tickets but the guy yelled at us for looking at the different tickets and told us to go away? Not sure what his problem was but we sure left.

The labels with the price are very badly organized and sometimes missing. I bought a juice which I thought it cost X, as X was the price on the label at the bottom of the juice, but it turned out that X was the price of some water. When I politely complained about it, a member of the staff was very rude to me and said I should read the prices... I told him they should put the labels in a sensible manner. Very rude staff. Will never go there again.

I grew up in Richterswil and have been a customer at this Avec store for 20 years. The older employee with glasses snaps at customers and regularly makes nasty, unnecessary comments! She told me I shouldn't "close" the bread compartment, that it closes automatically, and shouted this angrily across the entire store! The same goes for the dark-haired colleague with glasses. I wanted to check the price of the charger, and then a small piece fell off the stand, so I couldn't put it back... he snapped at me: "Never do that again!"... Absolutely unacceptable. I handed him the charger and left. Dear Avec employees: the customer is king!!! Otherwise, find a job without people! You're driving away long-time customers – today was definitely my last visit!

A lovely, clean Avec supermarket right next to the train station in Richterswil. They offer fresh, regional products. Generous opening hours and parking in front of the store. Friendly staff.
