Terrible pizzeria, they don't respect you since they send you flyers at your mailbox, without addressing and even if you write no advertising allowed or keine Werbung danke
Their pizzas are tasty, if you are lucky to get them delivered. We ordered them 4/5 times. Twice they didn't deliver or contact to cancel the order. Won't order again.

This was my first time ordering from here, as I thought I'd try different restaurants and delivery services. The pizza could have stayed in the oven for another minute or two, in my opinion, but that didn't affect the quality. I ordered two pizzas, and the toppings on both could have been distributed more evenly, and there could have been a tiny bit more of each. One pizza had a small piece of plastic packaging on it, but that can happen. I'll definitely order from here again. Don't let the negative reviews put you off; see for yourself.
I ordered pizza and a Coke from Eat.ch on November 8th, 2025, for CHF 54.82, paying by card through Eat.ch. The pizza was canceled, and I only received a refund of CHF 49.82. When I inquired about my CHF 5 refund, Presto told me I had to file a complaint with Eat, which I did. Eat says they transferred the money to Presto and that I need to contact them. This whole thing is ridiculous. Keep the CHF 5. I will certainly never order from Presto again—they're scammers.
