Very professional and responsive in communication. In my case they provided a very fast service of a fox air shock. To calculate price, they charge about 60 chf for 30 min of work, plus parts. This is absolutely OK for Switzerland. If your total is above a certain amount, shipping is free. Other than the most basic air can maintenance it is just worth to send it there. Highly recommended.

When things don't go as planned.. The shock was with @suspensioncenter for its yearly service. But after only a couple of rides a seal decided it had enough and there was oil everywhere. @suspensioncenter took it under warranty, and the shock was back in just two days.
