Unbelievable – as a non-customer, I was charged CHF 20 (!) at the counter to exchange CHF 500 (100 CHF notes) for euros!! I have NEVER encountered such an outrageous and arrogant impertinence anywhere before… S&L Riggisberg? No thanks!! In Thurnen, the money was exchanged for me free of charge (!).
