I went into store around 3:40 PM There’s a girl behind the counter and didn’t even offer to help me. I was going to buy some new shoes. Don’t go here. She runs away from you.

Great selection of items. Cashier / service staff was really nice and showed us a number of Freitag items that were not on display. Recommended if you pop by Zermatt.
