Two bosses who refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes and instead blame other tradespeople and the homeowners. They offer no guarantees on the work done, leaving homeowners in a state of distress and always finding something to complain about in order to completely absolve themselves of responsibility. For my part, we built our house three years ago, and we had a water leak in the basement that appeared only three months later. These are problems we shouldn't have to deal with in a new house, especially after entrusting the project of a lifetime to people who call themselves building professionals.
