Great beers! I tried a Belgian style beer and a beer with nettles. The brewer was also a great host chatting to us.

Until I drove past it, I didn't know this microbrewery existed. I turned around and went in; the owner was very friendly. The beer speaks for itself, or rather, for the brewmaster :-). My absolute favorite is the Aurea. Simply a very fine beer, far removed from mass-produced brews. I'll definitely be back.

Hiems, the winter beer from the Faex microbrewery, is a real discovery for cold days. With a harmonious combination of winter spices such as ginger, cinnamon and cloves, it develops a pleasantly warming character. Finely rounded off by light orange peel notes, a hint of honey and carefully selected hops, this beer offers an exceptional taste experience. Fantastic beer creations! Our favorites are: urtica, art&bart, obscura, and castanea. A great refreshment on our hikes. Unfortunately, I no longer live in the area, but when I'm back in the Swiss Midlands, the car will be filled with beer! Stefan is the reason I became a beer drinker/connoisseur!
