I had a terrible experience with IBM Cloud. I used an IBM account for just a couple of hours in 2021 as part of a university training at the Berner Fachhochschule, with access provided by IBM staff. Ever since, I’ve been receiving invoices for a service I never voluntarily signed up for, and I don’t even have access to the account anymore. Despite multiple attempts, there’s been no way to delete the account or the Key Vault component from IBM Cloud. My university email tied to the account no longer exists, and I’ve made it clear I want all my data deleted and to never be contacted again—yet IBM continues to ignore the request. This kind of forced billing and lack of customer support is unacceptable. I do not recommend IBM to anyone—especially students or educational institutions. Avoid at all costs.
I have visited 3 times in the last 2 years, organizing collaboration sessions between the research center and my organization. It's very inspiring each time, although a bit daunting for whomever is not normally exposed to research.
We had the chance to visit IBM, simply by writing to them on their Facebook page. The people working there were super kind and showed us around and left us in awe. Seeing the quantum computer life was a dream come true. Learning about their plans, what it can do so far, and how they are using it now made a whole difference in me in seeing the world with different eyes. I am very grateful for the experience!
IBM research lab is truly amazing place. The service is very nice. You can get to know all the newest technologies, get some insights adbout Watson and see the IBM plans for the future. Impressive!
It very convenient location having a great internal area with small pounds, big rocks and small decorative waterfalls inside. I'd say it is of Zenish. Well, there are genius people work in that IBM Research office.
I mean its not like you can go here without permission and purpose so I don't think a rating really makes a difference
