We recently were approached by this company to quote some architectural work. We found their representative, Thomas, to be incredibly rude, demanding and generally unpleasant with one of our most valued employees. People who demand services that we don't offer and then complain when they aren't delivered are not to be taken seriously and are definitely not the kind of customers we are looking for. We hope that they will consider this when communicating their business needs to other businesses in the future.
