Dear Sir/Madam, We, the Schultz family, would like to inform you that due to DHL employees, we have not yet received our package from France. This is because your employee put incorrect labels on our package, and it was then sent to the wrong recipients. Strangely enough, an unknown person contacted our daughter using incorrect names and addresses. We share the same names and addresses and live here in Rüti ZH Oberland. Therefore, we cannot understand how someone could distribute items to the wrong recipients, especially since our package from France clearly stated our address. It is truly incomprehensible why this happened. Please provide us with an explanation and make the responsible employee take responsibility so that we can rebuild our trust in you. Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service I ordered a knife in November 2024, but it wasn't in my package – only the free magazine was delivered. I reported the issue immediately and filled out the required forms. Unfortunately, there was no resolution or response until early February 2025. Instead, I received another invoice for the replacement shipment – both from the ordering company and from DHL for customs fees – even though I had never received the goods in the first place. The item only arrived with the second delivery. The customer service was disappointing: poor communication, no quick resolution, and ultimately, double the cost for me. Therefore, I can only give it one star. Very disappointing!
