I highly recommend Base Bike Shop . I rented an almost new Rocky Mountain Instinct that performed flawlessly, but the best part of the experience was the service Claude provided. He tailored a number of routes for me that were perfectly calibrated to my ability and my desire to explore different mountains. Thank you!
Edit: took my bike back, the issue was resolved. Thank you. _________ Old review: Took my MTB cause my brake’s hydraulics tube leaked. They fixed it but didn’t bleed the air bubbles. :(
We came in with a road bike issue, and they were very friendly, very professional and quick to help us out.
High level of professionalism, excellent attention and amazing condition of the rental bikes, honestly this guys are on top of every single detail, from the cleaning to the service and mechanic part of the rental they were amazing and always showing a good will to help and show good places to go and ride... keep it up !!! don't hesitate to visit this bike shop if you are around town in summer.
