After our installer from the furniture store couldn't resolve a problem, Karl Omlin AG sent two experienced specialists who diligently found a perfect solution. At the end of March, we ordered a piece of furniture from the "Setup" line from Livique Pratteln. The furniture was delivered to Livique six weeks later. Upon picking it up, we learned that the furniture was pre-assembled and completely unpackaged. We were very surprised, or rather unpleasantly so, because pre-assembled furniture without packaging can be damaged much more quickly during transport... which isn't exactly what you want with a piece of furniture that isn't exactly cheap. At home, we noticed that two of the three door handles were missing. We informed Livique about this on May 24th, who, after about two weeks, informed us that the handles would be delivered by Omlin in week 29 – more than two months after the original delivery! It can happen that a delivery is incomplete, but we find it quite incomprehensible that the missing parts take longer to be sent than the furniture itself. Even though we really like the furniture, after this experience, we're not sure if we would order furniture from Omlin again.
