We where waiting for a hour to get the ordered Meals. We ordered for five people, in the waiting time no one came to ask if we need something else to drink. The food was low mid tier at best. The fries on some plates were dry inside but not crispy. The rest was just frozen Schnitzel and others heated up. The positive the salad that was good
The regional food was very good. Especially noodles with cheese and regional cheese and sausages. Staff is very kind and helpful. View is very nice.
Very nice location but the service is slowest ever I‘ve experienced. The whole area is for families but they just keep many guests with kids to wait for more than a hour. If you can choose other restaurants, I would suggest to do so.
Delicious fondue and strudel! Very friendly servers who did everything to help us feel settled and satisfied. Dog and child friendly. The restaurant is in a beautiful setting. We were so happy to dine here and would come back again.
this place is so unprofessional, when we came into their restaurant they didn’t give us a clean table it was all dirty in stains and when we order we needed to wait 1 hour until they finally tell us they forgot about our order. We where a small group so i think they thought we where not important but this is just unacceptable. need too improve service.
