This was by far the worst service I have ever experienced. I have stayed in that area three times, and each visit left me more disappointed than the last. The first time, I simply stopped in front of the establishment to take a photo of the beautiful rock formation across the street. Almost immediately, someone rushed outside and began shouting at me, claiming that the mountain “belonged” to her. She was extremely aggressive, and any attempt I made to speak with her calmly was completely dismissed. On the other two occasions, I stopped by hoping to have a drink, but each time I was met with the same unfriendly attitude. I was rudely turned away without any explanation. It is honestly unbelievable that a business can continue to operate with such behavior, and even more surprising that people still choose to go there. Without a doubt, this is the worst place in the entire region. I strongly advise others to avoid it.

Do not come to a place like this, it’s pointless. The staff are extremely rude, we just came up the mountain you know we are extremely tired, we wanted drinks was even willing to pay more. They denied us, saying we cannot come since it’s reserved, which is understandable but we was going to take our drinks out anyway, then they turned around to us saying “ we don’t have time for people like you “ it’s cause we are foreigners, disgusting never again, horrible people. If you’re here on holiday , don’t come here. They are discriminating people and are racist.

First of I read a lot of reviews about this place saying that the people here were not friendly. Well my experience was the opposite. We owner came to us and was very kind. They were experimenting with food and offered us free food to test it. Online I read that there are new owners who bought this place but I’m not sure. The views from the terrace were just great. Don’t be influenced by all the bad reviews and enjoy this place.

It has been a delight to stay in Zwirgi, very friendly staff, especially Franka, the food is tasty, the surrounding amasing, great atmosphere, really recommend, this place is magic :-)
