Very poor service. The product itself seems fine, but the customer service was practically nonexistent. The first delivery arrived late and was also incorrect. The wrong LED strips were delivered. After several follow-ups, a replacement was sent, but unfortunately, it was again wrong. Instead of the ordered 23 meters, only 15 meters arrived. We had to wait again. To avoid wasting any more time, we even offered to do the assembly ourselves. After a total of three incorrect deliveries, the company offered us no compensation whatsoever, even though we had been promised a discount. Very disappointing.
Warning, stay away from this company!!! They claim that returned goods never arrived. As the end customer, I'm now stuck with the loss. Absolutely avoid Allegra and Isolicht.ch!!!!

I ordered three lamps in August and received them after some time. The problem: the lamps had EU plugs. This wasn't mentioned in the description, of course. After some back and forth, they offered me a 50% discount. I accepted and waited for the invoice. Now they're seriously charging CHF 3.50 for an email invoice. This is generated by a system! So I'm not entirely satisfied.
Although everything was delivered correctly, I would not recommend doing business with this company. Customer service regarding the invoice is absolutely nonexistent. Responsibilities are denied, or the customer is referred to third-party companies with no contact details. Customers are not welcome here. I certainly won't order products from this company again.
