Green hoch 2 replaced my seat. I highly recommend this company from A to Z (order processing to additional work)! The construction site was immaculately tidy every evening, and the employees couldn't have been more reliable and friendly. I'm incredibly happy with the end result!
This afternoon (12:20 pm), in beautiful weather – with bees and insects buzzing about – we saw employees of "grün hoch zwei AG" in our neighborhood, wearing full protective gear, spraying boxwood shrubs – judging by the clothing, with toxic insecticides. Yet every single one of these products clearly states that it MUST NOT be used when bees are flying. This is an absolutely reckless approach towards pollinating insects and biodiversity. A gardening company that acts so insensitively is highly questionable.
Green hoch 2 remodeled our garden. We are very dissatisfied with the work. From start to finish, there were nothing but problems, starting with the start, which was much later than planned. This company is solely profit-driven but completely unwilling to compromise. The garden doesn't look very nice after the remodel, and despite repeated requests from the boss, Mr. Waser, for a solution, we received no help. In the end, the gardeners' equipment damaged the ground. The company doesn't even want to pay for this damage. In my opinion, this is one of the worst gardening companies and I wouldn't recommend it at all.
Our property is managed by grün². I can't comment on their gardening work, but they always switch on extremely loud equipment right outside my window at exactly 7 a.m. ... An expensive and extremely annoying alarm clock.
I highly advise against this company. Their customer service is terrible; they don't offer a guarantee for plants you plant that regularly die, unless you arrange for the company to take care of them yourself. If you don't feed your hamster, the pet store won't offer a guarantee either—that's the management's argument.
During construction work, they presumably intended to tamper with or otherwise interfere with neighboring properties. Despite written prohibitions and cordoned-off areas, employees ignored these regulations. Even warnings and friendly reminders were ignored. Criminal charges were filed against two Grün Hoch Zwei employees, which subsequently resulted in corresponding penalty orders. Report them immediately; friendly warnings are ignored anyway.
