Overall, I'm very dissatisfied with the customer service and the quality. I get the impression that the devices are poorly assembled. After just over two years, my iPhone 15 Pro was only charging at 40%. I then noticed that the battery was swelling and the casing was squeezing apart. I tried to find a contact point for proper disposal on the website, but it didn't work; it referred me to other websites. I ordered a wall charger about two years ago, but the USB ports were poorly installed. Contacting customer service was very tedious, time-consuming, and unhelpful. The complaint was ultimately not pursued. Overall, my impression is that the "Swiss quality promise" is not being kept. This raises the suspicion that cheap products are being bought in China and resold here at a high price. It's also noticeable that the company can't be found on Trustpilot, but it is advertised on the website, albeit very briefly!

After the magnetic ring of the phone case simply detached and stuck to the charging station, we contacted customer service on March 17th. No response. Second email on March 26th. No response. - Today is April 3rd - still no reaction. And this is supposed to be premium support??? This is simply abysmal service and a product that is clearly defective. Extremely frustrating!

Excellent support with product (headset) questions, fast delivery of all items, and a credit note deducted upon registration. The headphones are simply fantastic, and I no longer need 36,000 cables to charge my watch and phone. Everything works perfectly. Thank you, I highly recommend them. MagPowerbank 5000: Easy ordering, delivery within 2 days. Perfect packaging, nice design. Unfortunately, the magnet is very weak. It doesn't even hold the power bank's own weight on an iPhone 11 without a case. Apple only introduced a suitable magnetic connection starting with the 12-inch model. Andi be free offers a case for older models, which I will now order. The phone charges quickly when placed on the power bank, but it also gets quite warm. Excellent customer service. Inquiries are answered quickly and competently. Great!
