Sammelbüel 104c - The lift has never worked for more than 6 days in a row. They don't bother to find a solution, they just keep "fixing" something. I would never personally request a lift from this company! The picture symbolizes the almost permanent condition. I have at least 20 of them. In addition, as someone who knows nothing about this technology, I said right from the start that this lift construction would still cause problems. I wonder if this is truly a Swiss quality company, or if cheap materials are being used by poor engineers and designers. Note: As an update: Due to the ongoing major problem, the manager personally provided information in front of the assembled tenants, where the esteemed gentleman admitted that he had never inspected the site before applying for the lift construction, otherwise, they wouldn't have applied – it couldn't be more unprofessional. Not only was the calculation clearly incorrect, but they publicly admitted that they hadn't even inspected the site, which speaks of unparalleled overconfidence. By now I could probably add 40-50 pictures like the one below, and on top of that no company employee ever repairs the lift on the weekend if it's broken (like happened again on the weekend of October 11th/12th)... Disaster company!
Constant breakdowns of the Gütsch lift – was this foreseeable? Dear Sir or Madam, Did your engineers actually have a window seat in school? The Gütsch lift breaks down regularly, and this is causing a great deal of frustration. Particularly questionable: Why was the motor placed in the valley station, even though it constantly floods? Was that really the best solution? The current situation is unacceptable. When can users finally expect reliable operation? Sincerely,
I really can't recommend it. The inclined lift causes more problems than anything else. As an administrator, I would steer clear of working with them unless you want to deal with unprofessional behavior. The only positive thing is that at least they have a lift on site.
Unacceptable behavior from management and the technicians. Maintenance work isn't announced, and the plant is sometimes shut down for weeks. I can imagine why there's a staff shortage here. The fish stinks from the head.
