Shaken, not stirred! Best Hotel I've seen in a long time, right at the lake. It's like time travel back into the 19th century. Beautifully refurbished and a bit old fashioned in a very charming way. Excellent food and breakfast. Super cool old fashioned cocktail bar and Marco, the bartender, is the best. In general staff is very polite and supportive. If you want to feel like James Bond, go there!
Everything in the hotel is beautiful. I had stayed here before in 2016, and I returned again in 2025. I loved the newly renovated rooms. Previously, the rooms were very spacious, but this time I stayed in the new rooms. I requested two connecting rooms because I have two children, and their response was excellent, they fulfilled my request very quickly. I loved their warm and friendly reception; the staff were cheerful and kind. Everything was wonderful, though there was no air conditioning. The only downside, which is minor and can be overlooked, is the limited breakfast options for me personally. However, I would still prefer to return because of the amazing view and the professional service
One of the most beautiful view you ask from a Swiss hotel! Spa is great and breakfast is very complete. Staff was kind enough to upgrade us to better room which was extremely appreciated.
