Christoph Kühni — Moos 173, 3534 Signau, Switzerland

Our general contractor awarded the painting and plastering work for our house to Christoph Kühni Malerei + Gipserei. The initial telephone contact began with accusations of guilt directed at us, the building owners. It continued with an on-site appointment, where, first and foremost, threats were made against the surrounding work, even though it hadn't even begun. Well, the work was generally carried out properly. As usual, however, a few minor defects arose that needed to be addressed. Some of these defects were quickly rectified. However, for more than a month now, further defects have been outstanding. After initial discussions by telephone, a proposed appointment was supposed to be made. I haven't received one to date, and my calls are being ignored and unanswered. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Kühni Malerei + Gipserei. More than three months have now passed, and I'm still waiting for the defects to finally be remedied. Unfortunately, to no avail.
