Only our arrival at the hotel was nice. For the first dinner, they brought a different dish instead of the one we chose. When I signed the bill at the table, I saw that dish had been added to the bill. We objected to this. Today, we went to the lounge for breakfast and left our coats at the table for four. When we received our breakfast plate, they told us to sit at the table for two and asked us to change tables four times. What's more, even though there were other people sitting at the table for four, we were two people. We didn't like the service at all. We had to spend our Swiss holiday uneasy. We will not come to this hotel again and I do not recommend it to anyone.... The only nice thing one is the view...

Cozy and quiet place. Small pool outdoors. Different kind of saunas. The most beautiful place is jacuzzi - with the amazing view and sunsets. The service is good. I like the restaurant. Beautiful view, delicious food, portions are not big, but taste is very good
We stopped in here for dinner, however according to staff they don’t usually allow non hotel guests to dine. On this particular they did allow us to stay and I’m so happy they did. I would certainly come back and stay and try out the spa facilities. The food came out hot and was so delicious. You can tell they put a lot of care and intention into the menu. It’s not a large menu but there’s something for everyone including those who don’t eat meat like myself.
