What an incompetent company! I was initially happy with my Omron blood pressure monitor. But then the Bluetooth suddenly stopped working. As an experienced user, I tried everything to get the Bluetooth working again – without success. So I contacted Omron customer service. What followed was days of email correspondence, an endless back-and-forth. Of course, they didn't believe me when I said the Bluetooth wasn't working. For days, they assumed it was just a settings issue. They wanted me to send a video by email, but how am I supposed to send a 500 MB video by email? They wouldn't open the link for security reasons – complete nonsense! Then they asked me to document the settings with photos, which didn't help either. Supposed solutions got lost in the endless email exchange. I have to admit, I'm completely fed up and will be looking for another provider. They didn't even call me, even though I provided my phone number. I rely on this device and its Bluetooth functionality. Kudos to the tech provider! When I wrote that I was giving up and that they could try to help, all I got back was a thank you, and the case was considered closed. Instead of asking how they could actually help me! I'm aware that my complaint will most likely only be met with empty words. If Omron doesn't budge, I advise everyone to choose a different provider where the service will ultimately be better.
