UPC offers excellent digital services, but these are often spoiled for customers by abysmal service. However, those fortunate enough to live within the REGAS network area receive UPC services combined with highly competent, customer-friendly, and efficient customer support. REGAS also keeps a close eye on network quality. All in all, highly recommended – thumbs up!
