I placed an order on their online store on February 9th for delivery to Spain, and it still hasn't arrived, more than two months later. I've sent four emails and haven't received a single response. I've called countless times, and only once did a woman answer. She told me she would check on the status of my order and email me that same day. That call was 10 days ago, and I haven't heard anything. They are unprofessional and fraudulent.
