Customer service is easily reachable and very friendly! However, inquiries regarding incorrect data transmissions, invoice corrections, and defects are not answered promptly or at all. Defective electricity meters and measuring devices (water meters) are not replaced for months. Only through constant follow-up are the repairs finally completed. We'll keep at it...

Before you ask citizens to save energy, I recommend you turn off the Christmas lights – which no one actually NEEDS!! Almost all municipalities on the right bank of the lake have managed to do this – except Stäfa.
