The woman who was supposed to receive my return package was extremely unprofessional. She told me she needed a signed document on the package. When I contacted the company the package was sent to, they didn't know anything about it. Complicated back and forth messages followed until I went to the other DHL post in Stans. They accepted my package without any problems. Apparently, I really didn't need an additional signed document. A huge waste of time and angry emails, all because of an employee who doesn't know how to do her job. Again: very unprofessional.
