It’s very unusual that companies ask for a review three years or more after a product was purchased and I think it speaks for the manufacturer’s belief in the quality of their product that they did. Although the cover of my topper has now been washed several times it looks and feels as good as new. I have one of the more expensive toppers which conducts away heat (good for hot flushes) but feels like a soft cosy cloud around me. Guests who have been given our double bed to use have spontaneously said it was the most comfortable bed they ever slept in (my opinion too). My husband was worried it would not provide sufficient support but with a good firm base the combination works wonderfully for both of us. Highly recommended despite the high cost. It’s worth it.

Disappointing experience. We purchased a mattress and received one that, according to the label, was different from the one we ordered. According to the given explanations, there was a mistake in the labelling. However, as we could not determine whether the problem was the label or the product, we agreed to return the mattress and get the money back. Our surprise came when we received only part of the money we had paid. Not even the total amount we paid for the mattress or the delivery and return costs. The customer service has been very rude and unhelpful.
