I visited the ABShop in Hergiswil for the first time to winterize my boat. This required some cleaning and maintenance. I received some of the most professional and friendly service I've ever had. We visited the shop in Hergiswil for the first time today. We received extremely competent and friendly advice and decided on two automatic life jackets. They have a small but fine selection of all kinds of water sports and boat accessories. The owners were very attentive and even offered us a coffee. First time, an emergency: a part was missing. They had the part. A regulator valve. It's not something you can take for granted. It saved our day on the boat. Second time, I bought cleaning supplies for the boat. Very specific, friendly, and helpful advice. Everything was great.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff :) They even showed me some instructions on how to fix our steering wheel problem – simply fantastic!
