Consultation is paramount, even when it's not a sales pitch. The communication is hardly different from a conversation at the dinner table. We had our grandmother's 1940s gramophone and radio restored by Huber Media. We were overjoyed to be able to play our old shellac records from that era. Besides restoring the working radio, they also installed a DAB radio. For us, they're the go-to place for anything related to audio (even though our ears aren't exactly audiophile-grade with age) and television (our plasma TV still works perfectly).
We are very satisfied with the work of Huber Multimedia. Everything was completed quickly and reliably. The team is very helpful, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended!
File migration to the new MacBook, as well as setup and explanation, were excellent (including the printer). Top marks to Messrs. Hofer and Riedwyl. Many thanks, especially to Mr. Riedwyl, for his patience during the setup and explanation. I would use Huber Multimedia again.

Very friendly service and pleasant interaction. They checked my defective device (even though I didn't buy it from them) for possible repair (unfortunately, it couldn't be repaired). I will certainly consider this store more often in the future.
