I can only echo the previous excellent reviews. Mr. Piero Castagna recently carried out two repairs at our home on Hochwachtstrasse. He was always punctual, worked quickly and competently. He was also very friendly and helpful in answering my additional questions about other lamps. It's rare to find such an experienced and positive tradesman who clearly enjoys his work and has a great sense of humor. Thank you so much. What I also really appreciate is the company's website. All the important information, including the names and contact details of the employees, can be found very quickly on the homepage. This transparency inspires much more confidence than websites that don't list employee names and only provide superficial information about the company. After another repair in our kitchen recently went very late and involved five major errors, working with eTeam was a real boost.
