Confident and mentally strong. Firewalking: I had the privilege of participating in this seminar. It was an inspiring experience. Even the preparatory exercises for the seminar's culmination, the firewalk, demonstrated what it means to mentally prepare and strengthen oneself. The firewalk in the evening was overwhelming. If I can do this, I can do so much more! Doreen and Ramon are approachable and attentive to each individual, meeting you where you are and offering support.
