An unassuming residential building houses the Raiffeisenbank Seeland in Studen. However, the entrance area is very attractively and invitingly designed. There is an ATM on the side of the building and another in the entrance hall. Parking is available behind the building.
We switched to Raiffeisenbank Seeland a few weeks ago because we needed a customized financial solution for our company. We contacted several financial institutions to ensure we were assigned the right corporate account manager. At Raiffeisenbank Seeland, we felt welcome and valued from the very first moment. The staff adapted to our company's needs, both professionally and personally, and provided us with highly competent advice. We are very pleased to have found a bank where we feel secure and well cared for in the future.
Unfortunately, I have to revise my assessment here. After numerous changes, it's regrettably no longer what it used to be. The option to withdraw cash at the counter is no longer available, and for any problems that arise, you're referred to online banking. I don't understand why the branch is still being maintained at all.
The coin counting machine is a great added value. For my previous deposits via the coin counting machine (directly to my Raiffeisen debit card), not a single cent was charged in fees. The customer service representatives are friendly and competent.
I was a customer of Raiffeisen Bank in Studen for over 10 years and had to switch banks because of my location. However, I still needed one more statement for my taxes, and they actually demanded that I travel from Aargau to Studen and pay an additional 5 francs for a single sheet! I'm glad I'm no longer with them.
I have an account with this bank. If I want to deposit coins, I have to operate the counting machine myself, and for amounts over 200, there's a 2% fee. What a disgrace!
