We (MIKO Immobilien AG) have enjoyed a very good and close working relationship with FORMIS Architekten AG for many years. They have conducted building analyses for various condominium associations (determining what needs to be renovated, when, and at what cost). For other associations, FORMIS was responsible for construction management (renovations of facades, roofs, etc.). There have never been any cost overruns. The qualified staff at FORMIS have always carried out the work to our complete satisfaction.
Thanks to FORMIS, my apartment renovation was an absolutely stress-free experience. I could rely on the FORMIS architects and staff in every respect. From the initial consultation to the execution and final touches... everything went perfectly!
