Had an accidental incident with a stain on a towel. We were forced to pay 30 franks for. Not only this when we went to pay for the towel the hotel staff were condescending and rude. We originally had a good stay at the hotel until that interaction. Also found that the rooms were very stuffy with hardly any air ventilation and the fan in the room did not reduce the heat much.
Clean and comfortable, very central to the town of Sursee. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops
We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Sursee. It was well located and staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The patio was a lovely place to eat breakfast. (Construction happening next door Aug 2024.) There is no air conditioning.
Nice comfortable modern hotel with a marble floor and comfy bed. The room looks absolutely clean and fresh. Buffet breakfast also good and also 24 h access to hot and cold drinks. The public transport is just in 10 min walking distance. Few improvements can be done to make this hotel a best stay and those improvements are: -Upgrading the ceiling fan to AC. -adding some extra pillows in the room. -offering Iron.
