Hotel Seeblick is a great choice for staying over night. The rooms are well equipped and clean. The breakfast is delicious with a large selection of fresh bread, cheese, meat, Homemade Jam, Müesli, Tea and freshly brewed Coffee. The owners are very friendly and supportive. Anytime again:-)
I had a horse filet with "fitness" salad option. The meat was perfect and the salad amazing. The salad had a good mix of different veggies and fruits. I loved the service, very attentive and super friendly!
I was amazed at the standard of service and the friendliness of the staff at this pearl at the side of the Lake of Biel in Switzerland. The food was excellent, the owner/manager has a wonderful sence of humour. I wish the business all the best and hope to return.
Very nice restaurant with excellent food. We celebrated my grandma’s birthday on the first floor with its large terrace. What a stunning view over the lake.

I have stayed at this hotel several times for over well over a decade. I have eaten in the restaurant even more often as even when I am staying elsewhere in Switzerland I always find myself here for a meal. The Engel family and employees always work to make one feel at home here. The hotel is easy to get to by train or car and has a wonderful view of the lake. The rooms have always been fresh and clean. Please note that the only WIFI is in the restaurant. You can connect an ethernet cable in the room for your laptop or bring a mobile plug in hot spot. I consider this a minor inconvenience compared to the exceptional quality, service and value present here. Only speaking English is not a problem here. The meals here are always exceptional. My visits to Switzerland would not be complete without perch from the lake and in this the Seeblick excels. At the same time they have incredible meat and the chateaubriand is phenomenal. In good weather it is a joy to sit relax outside after a long day and sip beer or wine from the patio while watching sailboats on the lake. There are several good hotels in the region but the Seeblick stands out in a large part due to the hospitality of Silvia Engel. It is a pleasure to give this hotel and Mrs. Engel my business. I look forward to my next stay.
