Unbelievable, the entire house has no power anymore, I call, end up on hold and after 10 minutes a voice says: "sorry, but just call back later and hang up the phone!" Clearly a regional monopolist without any customer orientation.
Gas prices have doubled since 2021 due to mismanagement in procurement strategy. It seems they're now making a hefty profit (buy-to-sell price). Information is very scarce, for example, in the Thuner Tagblatt, which I don't subscribe to. When I inquired, customer service was very curt.
I had to call twice before I finally received the requested invoices in the mail.
