After a site visit, it was agreed that a quote would be prepared and sent to the customer by date XX. When the quote didn't arrive, I called twice to inquire. The woman I spoke to was friendly and explained on both occasions that she was very busy. As a customer, I want to be able to rely on the agreed-upon deadlines. If it's not possible to meet them, the customer needs to be informed. There's room for improvement here! Otherwise, the staff was very friendly.
