I brought my moped in once, and then almost every other day I was back because something new was broken. One time they installed faulty parts, another time something was installed incorrectly, the next time they put old oil in the engine and used the wrong oil drain plug, or they installed a dangerously flimsy steering bearing that couldn't handle anything and was just slapped on. They even sold me a broken lightbulb for twice the price of a new one, and when they wanted to replace it, suddenly it was my fault. Never again Bärtschi! The quality has deteriorated drastically compared to before, and my life is too precious for that.
Don't despair, ask 2 Rad Bärtschi GmbH ;-) A very competent and friendly garage. I happened to drive past Garage Bärtschi. My daughter has a Piaggio C, and I've already taken this moped to three different workshops. Each time, Kleiner managed to repair it perfectly, but something else was wrong. And let's not even talk about the repair costs. When I saw Garage Bärtschi, I thought to myself: I'll give someone one last chance to repair this moped, otherwise it's going to the junkyard! But Garage Bärtschi did it!!!!! Not only did the moped work perfectly again, but I also received very friendly and competent advice. The prices are also very customer-friendly. I came all the way from the Burgdorf area and will definitely be back! Super service!!!!
After a bicycle was stolen, I needed a new price confirmation for my insurance, as I no longer had the receipt for my 12-year-old bike, and my local bike dealer no longer exists. So I contacted 2 Rad Bärtschi, a Merida dealer, and received a very quick response. They took the time to help me, even though I wasn't a customer. Excellent service, and something you can't take for granted these days. Thank you very much.
